Change or cancel your plan
You change or cancel your Relay Tow plan in the dashboard under Settings, then Plans & Billing. Only Owners and Admins can do this.
Upgrade or downgrade
In the dashboard, open Settings, then Plans & Billing.
Choose the new plan.
Confirm the change.
Before you downgrade, check your usage. If you have more drivers, calls or websites than the new plan allows, you are blocked from adding more.
Cancel
In the dashboard, open Settings, then Plans & Billing.
Choose the option to cancel.
Confirm.
