Plan limits: drivers, calls and websites
Each Relay Tow plan has limits on drivers, calls and websites. Relay Tow tracks your usage, warns you when you get close to a limit, and blocks the action when you go over it.
The limits
Starter: 2 drivers and 500 calls.
Pro: 15 drivers and unlimited calls.
Enterprise: multiple locations and companies. Contact Relay Tow support for Enterprise limits.
Each plan limits:
Drivers: how many drivers your company can have.
Calls: how many calls your company can create.
Websites: how many company websites you can have.
See your usage
In the dashboard, open Settings, then Plans & Billing.
What happens near and at the limit
Near the limit: Relay Tow shows a warning.
Over the limit: the action is blocked. For example, you cannot add another driver or create another call.
What to do
Upgrade your plan in Settings, then Plans & Billing. See "Change or cancel your plan".
