Add or remove people without surprises
Your plan limits how many drivers you can have. Before you add drivers or team members, check your usage so you do not hit a limit in the middle of a busy day.
Before you add someone
In the dashboard, open Settings, then Plans & Billing.
Check how many drivers you have and your plan's limit.
If you are close, upgrade first. See "Change or cancel your plan".
Adding people
Drivers: add them from Drivers. See "Add drivers and get them signed in".
Team members: invite them from Settings, then Team Members. See "Manage team members".
Invitations expire after 7 days.
Removing people
Remove drivers from Drivers, and team members from Settings, then Team Members.
