Manage team members

Team Members in Settings is where you manage the people in your company: invite them, change their role, remove them, and handle invitations.

Invite someone

1. In the dashboard, open Settings, then Team Members.

2. Choose the option to invite, enter their email address and choose a role.

3. Send the invitation. It is valid for 7 days.

Change someone's role

1. Open Settings, then Team Members.

2. Find the person and edit their role.

3. Save. The new permissions apply to them.

Remove someone

1. Open Settings, then Team Members.

2. Find the person and remove them.

Resend or cancel an invitation

1. Open Settings, then Team Members.

2. Find the pending invitation.

3. Resend it, or cancel it.

Good to know

• Invitations expire after 7 days. An expired link shows "Invitation has expired".

• To change the account owner, contact Relay Tow support.

• Drivers are managed from Drivers in the sidebar.
