Invite your team members
You add office staff, dispatchers and other admins to Relay Tow by inviting them by email from Settings, then Team Members, in the dashboard. Each invitation is valid for 7 days.
Before you start
Have each person's email address.
Decide which role each person should have. See "Roles and permissions explained".
Steps
In the dashboard, open Settings, then Team Members.
Choose the option to invite a team member.
Enter the person's email address and choose their role.
Send the invitation.
What you will see
The person appears in Team Members with a pending invitation until they accept it. They receive an email with a link to join your company.
Good to know
Invitations expire after 7 days. If the person opens an old link, they see "Invitation has expired". Resend the invitation from Team Members.
You can resend or cancel a pending invitation from Team Members.
To add drivers, use Drivers in the sidebar. See "Add drivers and get them signed in".
If it does not work
"Invitation has expired": the link is more than 7 days old. Resend the invitation.
The person did not get the email: check the address in Team Members, ask them to check their spam folder, then resend.
You cannot see Team Members or Settings: your role does not include settings access. Ask your Owner or an Admin.
