Connect QuickBooks
Connecting QuickBooks sends your Relay Tow invoice payments to your books, so you do not enter them twice. You sign in with Intuit (the company behind QuickBooks), then match your Relay Tow items and payment methods to the ones in QuickBooks.
Before you start
QuickBooks must be available for your company. If the QuickBooks card on Integrations shows Coming soon, it is not enabled for your company yet.
Have your QuickBooks sign-in ready.
Steps
In the dashboard, open Integrations.
On the QuickBooks card, choose the option to connect.
You are taken to Intuit's sign-in page. Sign in and approve the connection.
Back in Relay Tow, map each Relay Tow item label to a QuickBooks item.
Map your payment methods to QuickBooks payment methods.
What you will see
When an invoice is paid, the payment is recorded in QuickBooks.
Good to know
You sign in on Intuit's own page. Relay Tow never sees your QuickBooks password.
You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the same card. Disconnecting removes Relay Tow's stored keys. You should also remove Relay Tow in your QuickBooks settings.
If it does not work
Disconnect QuickBooks and connect it again. If it still does not work, contact Relay Tow support.
