Integrations overview
The Integrations page in the dashboard shows a card for each service Relay Tow connects to. Owners and Admins connect them. Here is what each card does and whether it is available today.
Payments
Square: card payments on invoices, in the driver app, and for online impound payments. Available. See "Connect your Square account".
RoadSync: payment links for invoices. Available. See "Connect RoadSync for payments".
Your company uses one payment provider at a time: Square or RoadSync.
Accounting
QuickBooks: sends invoices and payments to your books. Available where it is enabled for your company. Otherwise the card shows Coming soon. See "Connect QuickBooks".
Dispatch networks and motor clubs
Urgently: job offers from the Urgently network that you accept or decline. Available. See "Set up Urgently dispatch offers".
Agero: listed on the Integrations page. Contact Relay Tow support about availability.
AAA: member benefits and referrals. The card shows Coming soon.
GEICO: listed on the Integrations page. Contact Relay Tow support about availability.
Allstate: listed on the Integrations page. Contact Relay Tow support about availability.
Other connections
Google Ads: run ads for your company from Ads. See "Connect Google Ads".
AI Connector: use Claude or ChatGPT with your Relay Tow data, from Settings, then AI Connector. See "Use Claude or ChatGPT with Relay Tow (AI Connector)".
What does "Coming soon" mean?
A card marked Coming soon cannot be connected yet.
