Use Claude or ChatGPT with Relay Tow (AI Connector)
The AI Connector lets you ask Claude or ChatGPT questions about your Relay Tow data, or have them help with work in Relay Tow. You create a connection in the dashboard, choose what it is allowed to do, and use its API key (a code that lets the AI assistant reach your Relay Tow data) in Claude or ChatGPT.
Before you start
You need permission to manage the AI Connector. Without it, the AI Connector tab does not appear in Settings.
The AI Connector is tied to your plan.
Steps
In the dashboard, open Settings, then AI Connector.
Create a connection.
Choose the permissions for this connection.
Copy the API key.
Add the connection in Claude or ChatGPT.
Good to know
Each connection only has the permissions you chose for it.
Treat the API key like a password. Do not share it.
To stop a connection, remove it in Settings, then AI Connector. See "AI Connector settings".
