Disconnect Square
You can disconnect Square whenever you like. Only Owners and Admins can do it.
Steps
In the Relay Tow dashboard, open Settings, then Square Payments.
On the Square card, choose the disconnect option and confirm.
You see "Square Disconnected".
What happens
Relay Tow deletes the access and refresh keys it saved for your Square account, along with your account ID, location ID, and connection date.
Square is no longer your company's payment provider. Relay Tow cannot create new Square payment links.
Drivers see "Square Not Connected" on the Collect Payment screen, and it stays unavailable, cash jobs included, until Square is connected again.
Your invoices and payment history stay in Relay Tow.
Also remove Relay Tow inside Square
Disconnecting in Relay Tow removes our copy of your keys. To cut off Relay Tow's access from Square's side too, remove Relay Tow from the connected apps in your Square Dashboard.
Reconnect later
Follow "Connect your Square account". Your earlier invoices and payments are still there.
