Payments settings
Your company's payment provider is managed in the dashboard under Settings, then Square Payments (or RoadSync Payments if you use RoadSync). Owners and Admins connect, view and disconnect the provider here.
One provider at a time
Your company uses one payment provider at a time: Square or RoadSync. The provider is used for invoice payment links and online impound payments.
Square
In the dashboard, open Settings, then Square Payments.
Select Connect Square and sign in on Square's website.
When it works, the Square card shows Connected, your Square account ID, your location ID and the date you connected. Full steps: "Connect your Square account". To stop: "Disconnect Square".
RoadSync
In the dashboard, open Settings, then RoadSync Payments.
Enter your RoadSync API key and choose a location.

Good to know
Drivers need Square connected to use the Collect Payment screen in the driver app, even for cash jobs. Until then they see "Square Not Connected".
Only Owners and Admins can connect or disconnect Square.
