Set up truck inspection checklists and read reports
Inspections in the dashboard is where you set up truck inspection checklists and read the reports drivers submit. A starter checklist template is included.
Set up a checklist template
You need the permission to manage inspection templates.
In the dashboard, open Inspections.
Open the templates area.
Start from the starter template, or create a new template.
Add, edit or remove checklist items.
Save.
You can also archive a template you no longer use, and restore it later.
How drivers use it
Drivers open Inspections in the driver app, choose a truck, work through the checklist, add photos, and submit.
Read reports
You need the permission to view inspections.
In the dashboard, open Inspections.
Check the overview to see today's coverage and which inspections are still open.
Open a submitted inspection to read its report.
Good to know
Inspections in the sidebar only appears with the right permission or when the feature is switched on for your company. It shows a "New" badge.
Trucks come from Settings, then Trucks.
