Turn on online booking
Your company website can include a booking form so customers can request a tow online. Each request comes to Relay Tow, and you accept or reject it.
Turn it on
If the booking form is not showing on your website, contact Relay Tow support for help turning it on.
What your customer does
They fill in the booking form on your website and submit it.
What you do
Open Site, then Bookings in the dashboard, or open the booking email.
Accept or reject the request. The email's secure link also lets you accept or reject.
