Import calls in bulk
Bulk call import adds many calls at once. You upload your calls, or paste them as plain text, and Relay Tow reads them, shows you what it understood, and imports them when you approve.
Steps
In the dashboard, open bulk call import.
Upload your file, or paste your calls as text. The text does not need a set layout.
Relay Tow analyzes the data and checks it for problems.
Review what Relay Tow understood. Fix anything that is wrong.
Run the import.
What you will see
The imported calls appear in the Call Log.
