Collect signed release forms
A release form is the form a vehicle owner signs when taking a vehicle back. In Relay Tow the owner completes and signs it online through a link, so there is no paper to chase.
Steps
In the dashboard, start a release form for the vehicle.
Send the release form link to the vehicle owner.
The owner opens the link, completes the form and signs it online.
Check that the signed form has arrived.
