Create a call from the field
You can create a call (also called a dispatch) from the driver app with the Create Call screen, for example when a customer asks for help on the road. The call appears in the dashboard for your dispatchers.
Steps
In the driver app, open Create Call.
Enter the call details.
Add the vehicle. You can use the VIN Scanner to fill in make, model, year and vehicle type.
Save the call.
What you will see
The new call appears in your calls, and in the Call Log in the dashboard.
Good to know
Your company's plan sets a limit on calls. If your company is over the limit, creating a call is blocked.
