View and update a call
Open a call (also called a dispatch) in the driver app to see its details and update its status. Each status update shows in the dashboard, so dispatch knows where the job is.
Open a call
In the driver app, go to All Calls.
Tap the call to open it.
Update the status
Tap the status that matches what you are doing:
Ready
Waiting
En route: you are driving to the vehicle.
On scene: you are at the vehicle.
Towing: the vehicle is on your truck.
Complete: the job is done.
On the call you can also
Add vehicle photos. See "Take and upload vehicle photos".
Add notes about the vehicle.
Scan the VIN. See "Scan a VIN".
Collect payment. See "Collect payment on scene".
Create an impound once the call is complete. See "Work with impounds in the driver app".
Good to know
Dispatch also sees your location on the map while the app has location permission.
If the vehicle is gone when you arrive, tell your dispatcher.
