Work with impounds in the driver app
When a vehicle is going into storage, you can create an impound from the call in the driver app. You can also look up impounds and see what is owed.
Create an impound from a call
In the driver app, open the call and mark it complete.
Choose the option to create an impound.
Choose the storage lot and check the vehicle details.
Save.
View impounds
In the driver app, open Impounds.
Tap an impound to see its number, storage lot, days held, charges and balance due.
Good to know
You can only create an impound from a completed call.
Depending on your role, you may see all of your company's impounds or only your own.
Impound fees come from your company's rates for that customer account.
