Call statuses: what each one means
Every call (also called a job or dispatch) has a status that shows where it is in its life. Relay Tow keeps a history of every status change on the call. You can filter by status in the Call Log in the dashboard.
The usual path of a call
New: the call has been created.
Pending
Dispatched: a driver has been sent to the call.
On scene: the driver is at the vehicle.
Towing: the vehicle is being towed.
Completed: the job is done.
Calls offered by a connected network
Offered: a network such as Urgently has offered you the job. You can accept or decline it.
Accepted, awaiting
Declined: the offer was declined.
Other ways a call can end
Canceled: the call was canceled.
Failed
GOA: gone on arrival. The vehicle was not there when the driver arrived.

What drivers see in the driver app
Drivers update calls from the driver app as they work: ready, waiting, en route, on scene, towing and complete. Each update shows on the call in the dashboard.
