The driver home screen
The home screen is the first thing you see after you sign in to the driver app. It is your starting point for calls and everything else you do in the field.
Screens in the driver app
Home: your starting screen.
All Calls: your calls (also called dispatches).
Call detail: one call, where you update its status and add photos and notes.
Create Call: start a new call from the field.
VIN Scanner: photograph a VIN to fill in the vehicle details.
Impounds: impounded vehicles.
Tasks: work assigned to you, with priority and due date.
Inspections: run a truck inspection and see reports.
Payments: the Collect Payment screen.
Good to know
Allow notifications so you get new-call alerts.
Allow location access so dispatch can see you on the map.
