Accept your company invitation
To join your company in Relay Tow, open the invitation email your company sent you and accept it. The invitation is valid for 7 days.
Steps
Find the Relay Tow invitation email. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Open the link in the email.
Follow the steps to finish joining.
Drivers: open the driver app and sign in. Office staff: sign in to the dashboard.
What you will see
After you accept, your company sees your status change from pending to active.
If it does not work
"Invitation has expired": the invitation is more than 7 days old. Ask your dispatcher, Owner or Admin to resend it. Use the newest email.
You never got the email: ask your company to check the email address they entered for you and resend the invitation.
