Sign in to the driver app
Open the Relay Tow driver app on your phone and sign in. You need to have accepted your company's invitation first.
You can open the driver app in your phone's browser at https://driver.relaytow.com, or in the Relay Tow app for iPhone or Android.
Steps
Open the driver app on your phone.
Sign in with the method your company set up for you.
If Relay Tow texts you a sign-in code, enter it.
You see the driver home screen with your calls.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in screen, choose the password reset option.
Follow the steps in the email you receive.
If it does not work
"Invitation has expired": your invitation is more than 7 days old. Ask your dispatcher or admin to resend it.
You do not get the sign-in code by text: check that you have signal, and that you did not opt out of Relay Tow texts. See "Driver text-message opt-in and opt-out".
