Is my data safe with Relay Tow?
Here is what Relay Tow does to protect your company's data and your customers' payments.
Card payments
Customers enter card details on Square's or Stripe's own page. Relay Tow does not see or store card numbers.
Passwords for connected services
Connecting Square or QuickBooks uses their own sign-in page. Relay Tow never sees the password.
Square connection keys
The access and refresh keys issued by Square (the codes that let Relay Tow act for your Square account) are encrypted before they are saved.
Payment notifications
Payment notifications from Square are verified with a signature before they are used. Duplicates are ignored.
Your company's data
Relay Tow checks that an invoice belongs to your company before creating a payment link or reading a payment status. Within your company, each person's role decides what they can see and do.
Error logs
Relay Tow's error monitoring redacts tokens, codes, secrets and signatures before anything is recorded.
Who can connect payments
Only Owners and Admins can connect or disconnect Square.
If you disconnect a service
Disconnecting removes Relay Tow's stored keys. You should also remove Relay Tow in the partner's own settings. Your invoices and payment history stay in Relay Tow after a disconnect.
