Driver text-message opt-in and opt-out
Relay Tow sends drivers text messages (SMS) for new-call alerts and sign-in codes. Drivers opt in to these texts, get a confirmation message, and can opt out at any time.

Opting out
A driver can opt out of Relay Tow texts. After opting out, the driver gets no text alerts for new calls.
Opting back in
If you opted out and want texts again, contact Relay Tow support for details.
Good to know
If a driver has opted out, rely on push notifications, or ask them to opt back in.
