Install and sign in to the driver app
Drivers use the Relay Tow driver app on their phone. It runs in your phone's web browser as an app, and inside Android and iOS apps. You need an invitation from your company before you can sign in.
Before you start
Your company adds you as a driver in Relay Tow. You receive an invitation by email.
The invitation is valid for 7 days.
Get the app
On Android: get the Relay Tow app from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.relaytow.driver

In your phone's browser: go to https://driver.relaytow.com
Steps
Open the invitation email on your phone and accept it.
Open the driver app.
Sign in.
Allow notifications so you get new-call alerts.
Allow location access so your dispatcher can see you on the map.
What you will see
The driver home screen, with your assigned calls.
Good to know
If you forget your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen.
The app needs location permission to share your location with dispatch.
You get new-call alerts by text message and push notification.
If it does not work
"Invitation has expired": the link is more than 7 days old. Ask your dispatcher or admin to resend it.
