Take and upload vehicle photos
You can add photos and notes to a call in the driver app. They are saved on the call, and the office can see them in the dashboard.
Steps
In the driver app, open the call.
Choose the option to add photos.
Allow camera access if your phone asks.
Take the photos, or choose them from your phone.
Add a note if you need to. Notes show your name and the time.
What you will see
The photos appear on the call. In the dashboard, office staff see them in the call's photo carousel.
Can I take photos with no signal?
Contact Relay Tow support for details about using the app without signal.
Good to know
Office staff can delete photos from the call in the dashboard.
If it does not work
The camera does not open: allow camera access for the app in your phone's settings.
Photos do not upload: check your signal and try again.
