See where your drivers are on the map
Map in the dashboard sidebar shows a live map of your calls and your drivers. Use it to see who is closest to a new call and how jobs are progressing.
Steps
In the dashboard, open Map.
Look for your drivers and calls on the map.
Where driver locations come from
Each driver's location comes from the GPS on their phone, through the driver app. The driver must allow location access for the app.
If a driver is missing or not moving
Ask the driver to open the driver app.
Ask them to check that location access is allowed for the app and that their phone's GPS is on.
Ask them to check their signal. The app retries when a location update times out.
