Location sharing: what it does and how to fix it
The driver app shares your phone's GPS location with your company's dashboard Map, so dispatchers can see where you are and send the right driver to a call. It needs location permission on your phone.
Turn on location sharing
When the driver app asks for location access, allow it.
If you said no before, open your phone's settings, find the Relay Tow app (or your browser, if you use the app in a browser), and allow location access.

Contact Relay Tow support for details about when your location is shared and how it affects your battery.
My location is not updating on the map
Check that location access is allowed for the app.
Check that your phone's location or GPS is on.
Check your signal. The app retries if a location update times out.
Close and reopen the driver app.
