Free trial and choosing a plan
New Relay Tow accounts start with a trial. You choose a plan during sign-up, and Owners and Admins can view or change the plan later in the dashboard under Settings, then Plans & Billing.
How long is the trial?

Which plan should I choose?
Relay Tow has three plans:
Starter ($65): for starter operators. 2 drivers and 500 calls.
Pro ($135): for medium to large businesses. Everything in Starter, with 15 drivers and unlimited calls.
Enterprise ($500): for multiple locations and companies. Everything in Pro.
See "Plans, trial, and what each plan includes" for the full feature list. Plans differ in their limits on drivers, calls and websites, and some plans allow you to run more than one company.
Where to choose or change your plan
In the dashboard, open Settings, then Plans & Billing.
Review your current plan and choose a plan.
Subscriptions are paid by card through Stripe, our subscription payment processor. You enter card details on Stripe's own page. Relay Tow does not see or store card numbers.
Good to know
Only people allowed to view the subscription see Plans & Billing.
Relay Tow warns you when you are close to a plan limit and blocks the action when you go over it.
